Week 5 Reflections and Activity

This week my work on last week's environment 1 and environment 2 exercise were examined by my lecturer. He commented that on environment I should add occasional larger bubble sound to add the effect of something is inside the glass container, and to get a better computer typing sound. While on environment 2 I should make it so the sound of computer typing is shorter and when typing some occasional activation of machinery happens.

I was instructed to think of a story line for auditory imaging using one of the prompt provided in the MIB. I have decided to do an Everyday home life with background for my project 1 auditory imaging. This will be from a first person point of view. The duration of the project 1 is capped between the 2 and 3 minutes mark,

The current storyline and Timeline is roughly as follow:

The sound of the alarm clock being stopped by tapping the bell can also be heard. they get out of bed and takes a towel and walks into the bathroom, opening the bathroom door.

0:30 - 1:00:

The person starts brushing their teeth, the sound of the sink running water can be heard, the person also wash their face by splashing water to their face. They use a towel to dry their face up and then they walk out of the bathroom, closing the door and walking to the kitchen

The person starts making breakfast, the toaster sound can be heard when the toaster "ding" sound is heard when the toast is ready. The user also goes to the fridge to pour some milk into a glass. While eating, the user scrolls through their phone and receives a notification on their chatting application. Once they are done eating he puts the plate and glass in the sink to wash later.
